Western Pear Heffe Hefeweizen

Aged 12 months in 12 year old Buffalo Trace Barrels, this Hefeweizen has all the characters of sweet candied pear, apple golden quince, honey malt, and fruited bubble gum.

Appearance:  Unfiltered orange gold 

Aroma: Pear, peach flower, pome fruit, honey-soaked oak stave.

Taste: Sweet candied pear, apple golden quince, honey malt, and fruited bubble gum.

Mouthfeel: Full-bodied and bright with honey-coated candied pear slices. Finishes on a slightly tasted oak and honey malt back bone.
